Was weird using a mens bar for this. Challenged me by not vice gripping.

*after each set do 20 strict HSPU for time *open’s standards - 1:41/1:14/1:03 these felt awful to start and strangely got better each time. Normally I dont feel as incompetent but Im trying to bring my hands closer
