Tuesday 8/17

A.  Clean DL + PC from top of knee + PC; 1+1+1 x 2 sets @ 75%, then 2 sets @ 80% and 1 more set off feel

A few things on this:
- I don't think I perform a clean DL right
- After listening to you coach the class, I realize I have vert vertical shins and I am not pushing them back and using my hamstrings
- As a result of above, the bar comes out very far
- I need to figure out how to squat lower without bottoming out into a full squat

B.  Front Squat + SJ; 1+2 @ 70%, 1+2 @ 75%, 1+1 @ 80%x2 - 155#, 165#, 175#

C.  Clean RDL x 5x4 sets @ 85% of clean - 180# just the hardest for me, you know, but I desperately need to work this posterior stuff.

minute 1 = 3 strict HSPU + 3 kipping HSPU
minute 2 = 200m shuttle run (50m out and back x4)
minute 3 = 1 strict deficit + 1 kipping deficit - both @ 6"
minute 4 = 12 calories on AB

Harder than it looked! Like, where do the minutes go?! 

Was super rushed today! Got into the gym around 7:15 and started my stuff at 7:30. Thank goodness Albie is such a sweet heart and lets us finish after the gym is suppose to close. I always end up feeling real bad!
