A. Snatch; 80% x 2 singles x 3 sets - 135#
B. CPU + Jerk (3+2) x 3 sets - off feel - 105#, 115#, 125# wasn't super feeling this
C. Front Squat @ 82-87% x 2 reps x 4 sets - 175#, 180#, 185#, 190#
D. RDL to below knee @ 80% of clean x 5 x 3 sets - 160#

CTB felt great. Kinda peed all over myself during DU. These workouts were no joke.
