I didn't do gymnastics yesterday. Didn't have time for all of dat.
A. Snatch; build to a HS; then drop 15% for 5 more singles - Worked up to 145#, then just took it to 115#
B. C&J; 85% x 3 singles - 175# Jerks felt heavy and made me look like baby deer legs



C. Front squat @ 82-87% x 2 reps x 4 sets - 175#, 180#, 185#, 190# all felt solid

D. RDL x 4 x 3 @ 90% of clean - 180# also felt solid
