Monday 2/9

Gymnastics work - day 1 for week 32 - Done

A. Snatch from pause above knee + ground; 1+1 (TnG reps) - every 90 seconds x 7 sets @ 70-75% - 120#/130# was feeling kinda forward and lazy with these
B. Clean and Jerk x 1 rep x 6 sets… building off feel - Built to 175# just felt hammered by the weight

C. Front Squat; 85%x2x3 - 185# same with this. Just didn't feel strong

Was about 25 ish in on the back squats  around 4 and a half mins. Dont know how long t2b took but I crushed them.
