Monday 11/3 + Sunday 11/2

Bry and I did this at Stroud. No heat in their building, couldn't get warm, shit eating and drinking the day before...just really didn't myself up for success here. Also, squat lately feels super weak. My legs are like a wheel with a nail in it...slowly leaking air and needing to be constantly refilled. 

A.  Snatch; build to max - built to 155# tried going 165# missed...170# miss...then back to 165# where I missed over and over. Went on too long trying to hit these numbers to where my shoulders and lats and core were zapped.

B.  C&J; build to max - This was a bust from how much I snatched earlier. Front rack felt awful and my arms hurt. Got to 185# pretty easy so tried for 195# but rack felt shitty so I bailed.

Monday -

Woke up in a good mood. Happy to be back on schedule. Happy to take a recovery week. Not feeling too hurt or tired or anything, squat still feels kinda weak.

Gymnastics work - Done, missed this, good arm pump on todays.

A. Tall Snatch pull under x 5 x 4 sets.. light weight.. start from position on toes - (Gonna do in PM - overestimated gymnastics time this morning)
B. 1” Clean pause then Clean from another pause above knee (x2) + PJ x 3-4 sets nothing over 70% here - Went up to 135# felt solid

C. FS; 60% @ 35x1 x 2 x 4 sets - 130#

even = 20 sec. thrusters, 95/65# *work on breathing here and controlling your pace through the reps
