A. high hang clean +clean w/2 pos pause +jerk: by feel x (3+1+1)x3sets - 105#, 110#, 115#
-1second pause above knee and in catch of clean w/pause

B. high hang clean +clean +jerk
 by feel x(2+1+1)x2sets - 125#, 135#
 by feel x(1+1+1)x2sets - 145#, 150#
-up to no more than 70%
I forgot to video these...they were nice though ;P

C. Power Snatch
 2x5 @ by feel up to 75% - 105#, 110#, 115#, 125#, 135#
-anything more than the bar counts
-1 second pause above knee on 1st rep of each set, no pause on 2nd rep(regular snatch)

135# this looks a little weird to me. Am I suppose to be catching butt back?

I dont know necessarily how to track this workout...I did it...and it made me breathe 
I also have not been able to get 20 cals so for each round I was able to get to 16...
