Didn't have the time or will power to do the gymnastics and the sprints. Did an hours worth of accessory stuff after warming up. Lots of planks/glute ham work/X band walking.
Super hard getting back into it after this weekend. There was a lot of pseudo resting after wza and I dont think my cns has recovered fully yet as I was struggling at keeping my split and watts up during the workout.
