gymnastics work - day 2 of week 32 - Done

A.  Power Snatch + Hip Snatch; 2+3 x 5-7 sets.. off feel..nothing over 85% - Built to 115#
B.  Back Squat; 70%x3, 75%x2, 80-85%x1, 90%x1x2 - 175#/185#/210#/225# these felt fantastic
C.  EmOM x 5 minutes = 12-15 UB CTB pull ups - Did the l-sits right before this and felt it in my midline did 12/12/10/7/7

PM
4 minutes on the aB @ high wattage
2 minute rest
x6 rounds


Stayed between 236 and 207 watts most of the journey
