A.  BS; 3 reps on the 2 minutes x 12 minutes (6 sets) @ 80-83%.. pause for 1 sec. in bottom of first rep - 200#
B.  1/4 FS; @ 110%x5x3
C.  Snatch grip RDL - slow through the top and hold ext. for 2 sec. x 5x3.. pause for 3 sec. above knee

50 cal row
50ft. handstand walk
50 cal on AB

3 rounds + 32 cals on AB
