Gymnastics work - testing day 2

A. BN clean grip PJ + BN SJ + Frt rack SJ (1+1+1) x 3 sets - off feel - 145#, 165#, 185# fail, was way too fatigued in the upper body for that to happen.

B. 1/4 FS @ 105-115% of clean x 5 x 3 - 210#, 215#, 230#
C. Snatch grip RDL @ 90% x 5 x 3 - 185# cause I was too lazy to take it down in weight
D. static back ext. holds - weighted - 60 seconds accumulated - 25# one shot

laying banded pull downs x 10 x 3

Went swimming in the middle of the day
10 min warm up swim and flip turn practice

Class was using the AB so did a 30 min EMOM

Min 2 - 10 KB swings @ 55#
Min 3 - 10 Abmat sit ups
