Tuesday 12/2

Got stuck in the worst of worst 95 traffic and didn't end up hitting the gym until late so no lifting :/ then this morning (Wednesday) my alarm didn't go off because I forgot to set it so I didn't make it in either and won't be able to later on tonight. Hopefully a swim sesh this afternoon and then make up Wednesdays stuff on Thursday.
